In March 2026, residents in Tri-State Fire Protection District voted to provide additional funding to update its four fire stations. These improvements will help the Fire District maintain 911 call response times, protect emergency services districtwide, improve firefighter occupational health, wellness, and safety, and enhance its ability to attract and retain first responders.
